Working in close partnership with it's sister company Soleil Energy, Soleil Fuels is developing a range of offerings for UK farmers to grow Energy Crops, in order to service the growing demand for whole crop feedstock for new Anaerobic Digestion installations.
Whole Energy Crop has numerous benefits for UK agriculture but it has previously been hard to find an operator that would not only contract for the whole crop, but that would also be in a position to operationally manage the crop as well, from initial drilling right through to harvest.
Soleil Fuels offers a full crop management service for:
- Whole Crop Maize
- Whole Crop Wheat
- Grass Silage
- Oil Seed Rape
Priced per hectare, we will engage in all operations from drilling through to harvest and facilitate the timely sale and transfer of your product to our sister company Soleil Energy, if that is who has contracted to purchase.
The obvious benefits of this service are that you do not need to invest in machinery that you may not otherwise need such as forage harvesters or Maize drills.
In addition to providing the full management service, we will also simply rent the land on an FBT basis or operate under a CFA if thats more appropriate.
Basically, if you have the land available then we have the rest.
